Terms of Service

By using Sterix Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot. These Terms apply to all users of the Bot, including server owners, administrators, and members.

Sterix Bot is a Discord bot that provides server management, moderation, security, automation, and community engagement features. The Bot offers both free and premium features, with premium subscriptions providing additional functionality and increased limits.

The Bot is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

By using Sterix Bot, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times
• Use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the Bot's features or systems
• Not use the Bot to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Bot's source code
• Respect rate limits and not attempt to overload the Bot's systems
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or in servers where you have administrative privileges

Premium features are available through various subscription tiers with different durations and guild limits. Payment is required in advance for all premium subscriptions.

Premium subscription details:

• Subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of service failure or at our discretion
• Premium features are activated upon payment confirmation
• Guild limits apply to the number of servers where premium features can be used
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew; manual renewal is required
• Premium features may be modified, added, or removed with reasonable notice

Sterix Bot collects and processes certain data to provide its services, including:

• Discord user IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs
• Message content for moderation and command processing
• Server configuration settings and preferences
• Usage statistics and command logs

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

You may not use Sterix Bot for:

• Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Harassment, bullying, or targeting of individuals or groups
• Spam, phishing, or other malicious activities
• Circumventing Discord's safety features or community guidelines
• Creating or distributing harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

While we strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues.

We reserve the right to impose reasonable limitations on usage, including rate limits, command restrictions, and temporary suspensions for abuse or violations of these Terms.

Sterix Bot and all related materials, including but not limited to code, documentation, logos, and branding, are the intellectual property of the Bot developers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Bot in accordance with these Terms.

Sterix Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Bot, including but not limited to:

• Data loss or corruption
• Server disruptions or downtime
• Moderation errors or false positives
• Loss of premium features due to technical issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for premium services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Sterix Bot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abuse or misuse of the Bot's features
• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activities

Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease, and any remaining subscription time will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage users to review these Terms periodically.
